2020 California Co-op Conference Postponed

Based on the CDC’s recommendation to avoid large gatherings of people owing to COVID-19, we feel it is in our community’s best interests to postpone the California Co-op Conference, scheduled for April 26-27 in Sacramento. Although it's disappointing that we won’t be able to convene our California community in April, we feel strongly about prioritizing people’s health and wellness, and are hopeful we can find another time this year for the event. We are currently evaluating options for rescheduling the conference and will follow up with an update in the next couple weeks.

If you’ve already registered for the conference, please see the information below:
  • Registration Refunds: While we hope that you will wait and apply your payment to the rescheduled date, if you would prefer to receive an immediate refund of your registration fees, we can absolutely accommodate you. To request an immediate refund, please do the following: Email info@cccd.coop with the subject line “CCC Refund” and indicate the name you used to register.
  • Hotel and Transportation: As reminder, please be sure to cancel hotel reservations and make appropriate flight changes related to April 26-27.
During these particularly turbulent and uncertain days, we are grateful for the collective support, resilience, and encouragement of the cooperative community. We know well that weathering times such as these are best done together, so we hope you’re finding ways to care for yourselves and those around you.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference at a future date. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
