Please join us! VAWC's 3rd annual in-person event is for worker co-operators, supporters, and anyone interested in worker co-ops to gather and connect with one another. We will have food and beverages from Flat Iron Cooperative including refreshments, chili, co-op coffee, and more.
The event has two parts:

5 pm: Why Go Co-op? 
We'll talk about why you should convert your business to a worker co-op, including a short "What are they?" followed by real co-operators talking about their businesses, impact, and success. We welcome any and all to attend, including current business owners, legislators, educators, and members of the media to join us and learn about this powerful model. There will be plenty of time for Q&A and resources to take with you.

6:00-7:30 pm: Co-op Social
Join worker co-op leaders from the region to connect, ask questions, or just enjoy the goodies from Flat Iron.
